Saturday, August 17, 2019 - 10:30 AM Join SAACA and Native Seeds/SEARCH for the third of a three-part culinary series celebrating each of the Three Sisters ingredients: squash, beans, and corn. Local chefs will present dishes highlighting these ingredients, letting their culinary ingenuity shine. The final event of the Three Sisters Culinary Series is here! Join some of Arizona's most esteemed and nationally celebrated chefs, bakers and food makers for an unforgettable culinary experience rooted in deep local traditions.

Chef Issa Moussa, Executive Chef, Lodge at Ventana Canyon

Issa grew up in his family’s restaurant, located in a small village right on the Mediterranean Sea. During his lifetime he has worked internationally for a number of leading ethnic restaurants, ranging from Italian to Asian and Mexican.
