WHO: Calling all ghouls and goblins! Area residents and visitors are invited to stop by Market Hall to capture haunted memories at the Halloween Photo Booth. Complete with a spooky backdrop and props, free snapshots will be available during mall hours October 29-October 31. Guest Services will also be handing out free candy during this time for shoppers to enjoy.
