With pumpkin patches, corn mazes, terrifying haunted attractions, and animal attractions, Marana’s heritage and culture as an agricultural community make it a perfect place to celebrate the harvest season!

Fall Festivals & Attractions
Marana Pumpkin Patch & Farm Festival - October 7th - 29th
The Marana Pumpkin Patch & Farm Festival is located on a real family farm, full of farm sounds, sights, tastes, and the smell of growing corn and dried straw! Hunt for the perfect pumpkin and have hours of family fun on more than 50 acres of attractions, including a petting zoo, corn mazes, rides for the kids, and of course, the pumpkin patch! For 2023, the Pumpkin Patch opens Saturday, October 7th, and is open Thursdays-Sundays after that through October 29th.
As pumpkin time approaches, come out and experience the fun yourself. Pick a path and get lost in two unique corn mazes! Sort through the pumpkin patch and find a one-of-a-kind pumpkin to take home! Work up an appetite jumping on huge jumping pillows, and then fill up with great festive food like hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, nachos and pretzels! Visit the petting zoo with ponies, miniature donkeys, goats and more! After a day of excitement, you’ll leave the festival happy and won’t want to miss the fun next weekend!

Terror in the Corn – Open weekend nights in October + Halloween!
Tucson's scariest attraction returns to Marana for 2023 with bigger scares than ever before! Enjoy a variety of “haunts” and Halloween fun, all connected by a totally immersive and terrifying cornfield. When darkness falls and the moon comes out, so do the scares, screams and surrounding terror! The corn is calling…enter if you dare. You'll find the "Field of Screams" haunted cornfield with scary props and live actors, "Shady Acres" insane asylum, the “Circus of Horror” complete with killer clowns and interactive 3D effects, a zombie paintball shootout, a beer garden, food, a live DJ, and much more! Please note that Terror in the Corn is not for everyone. Kids under 12 years old will not be admitted without an adult, and parental discretion is strongly advised.

Marana Fall Festival - October 21
Join the Town of Marana for an evening of fun for all ages at Marana Heritage River Park! Enjoy carnival rides, animals, live music and dance performances, kids' activities, a beer garden and whiskey tasting, a sunflower field & photo set, a spooky garden walk, a free movie, and the main event, a mutton-busting competition! 25 local food trucks and 30 vendors will also be on-site for your enjoyment!
Nightfall at Old Tucson - September 29 & 30, Plus Thursdays-Sundays through October!
Nightfall, Southern Arizona's only haunted town, returns to Old Tucson bigger and better than ever for its 30th Anniversary! Jebediah Hyde and his Army of the Undead are back with 5 new terrifying mazes, 4 new scare zones, 2 new Halloween-themed stunt shows, and a new musical in the Grand Palace Saloon! Enjoy a frightful experience filled with comedy, drama, and mystery that embraces the history of Old Tucson.

City of Fun Carnival at Tucson Premium Outlets at Marana Center - October 26-29
The City of Fun Carnival returns to the Tucson Premium Outlets at Marana Center, with over 16 rides for thrill-seekers and kids alike, games, and food! The carnival will be open from Thursday, October 26 - Sunday, October 29! Check the event listing for opening hours!
Concerts in the Courtyard – Every Third Thursday of the Month, September – May
Come enjoy a free concert on the Third Thursday night of the month in our beautiful courtyard at the Marana Municipal Complex! Food trucks will be on-site for your dining options. All concerts are family-friendly and dogs are welcome if they are leashed. Limited seating is available; attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and/or blankets.
Each month’s concert features a different band and theme! In October, there will be a Halloween Treat Trail for kids, featuring staff from the Town’s departments.
Oktoberfest Events
Celebrate Oktoberfest in Marana at one of our breweries, taphouses, or gastropubs! Sample a craft beer made from ingredients harvested in Marana, while enjoying a bratwurst and friendship! Prost!

Haus of Brats 10-Year Celebration at Button Brew House - September 2
It's not an official Oktoberfest event, but it's got beer, bratwurst, other excellent German food, and festivities -- close enough! Beloved local food truck Haus of Brats is celebrating their 10-Year Anniversary at Button Brew House, with gifts, prizes, t-shirts, music, and the release of Button Brew House's special Munich Dunkel!
Casa Marana Oktoberfest - September 16
Join Casa Maran for beer specials, costumes, games, themed cocktails, costumes, a Stein-holding contest, an Oktoberfest market with local vendors, and an appearance by Haus of Brats food truck! The fun starts at 2pm! Casa Marana's celebration coincides with the official start of Oktoberfest season in Germany as well!
Button Brew House Annual Oktoberfest - September 30
The biggest one-day Oktoberfest in Marana returns on Saturday, September 30th! Enjoy live music all afternoon, fun games, and of course, excellent craft beer, from Button Brew House and over a dozen other local brewers! Some of these brewers use ingredients sourced in Marana!
Catalina Brewing Company Oktoberfest - October 1
Celebrate Oktoberfest at Catalina Brewing Company with fresh-brewed craft beer, Stein-holding and Log-sawing competitions, bratwurst, pretzels, and other authentic German cuisine from Haus of Brats, and the opportunity to test your knowledge of German culture with German Trivia!
