Sonoran Desert Geology Hike

The Sonoran Desert is full of wondrous geologic mysteries and captivating rock formations. Explore the rich geologic history of Tortolita Mountain Park with a Pima County Conservation Lands and Resources naturalist. This will be a 3–4-mile hike, with some elevation change. Trekking poles are recommended and confidence on varied terrain is necessary. Bring a snack and plenty of water. Hikers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
