Humo Cocina Mexicana brings the rich, smoky flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine to life with a creative twist. The chefs use locally-sourced ingredients to prepare every meal with a combination of spice, heat, and savory deliciousness.
Humo Cocina Mexicana offers a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, such as quesabirria tacos with consommé, bacon-wrapped torritos, elotes, and burritos served "Christmas-style" (with red and green salsa on top). They're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Top your meal off with their signature Humo Margarita, or an authentic Mexican dessert.
Humo Cocina Mexicana is the second restaurant owned by local chef Jose Contreras, the other being Amelia's Mexican Kitchen. Contreras was a James Beard Award semifinalist in 2025, in the "Best Chef" category.
