Celebrate America with Fireworks in Marana
Marana’s Star-Spangled Spectacular is the largest Independence Day festival and fireworks show in Southern Arizona!
When: Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm. Fireworks start at 9:00 pm.

Free attractions include the Car Show, splash pad, field games, inflatables, vendors, exhibitors, Musical Instrument Petting Zoo and Creation Station for Kids.
Marana’s largest Signature Event is nestled behind the Arizona Pavilions shopping center and within the Continental Ranch neighborhood, making it the perfect event for residents to walk to or enjoy the fireworks from many vantage points. Residents and visitors spend the day shopping and eating at the nearby stores and restaurants before coming over to enjoy an evening in the park.

Festival Guide
The festivities for the Star-Spangled Spectacular start at 5:00 PM at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park, with a wide variety of activities for the whole family! The main event, the fireworks, will start at 9:00 PM. Lawn chairs, outside food and beverages, coolers, and leashed pets are welcome. Please note that grilling within the park, or glass containers, are not permitted.
Activities Include:
- Live music throughout the night, featuring performances by local bands Zona Libre and Onesall Band.
- Cool cars from Obsessions Car Club on display right in the middle of the festivities
- Family Fun Zone with bouncing castles, obstacle courses, and other activities for kids and kids-at-heart
- Splash Pad to cool down, open until 8 PM
Food
The Star-Spangled Spectacular will feature over 30 vendors on site, including some of the best food trucks from around the area, serving meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages! The festival grounds are located right behind the Arizona Pavillions Shopping Center, which is home to many restaurants and stores, including both chains and local businesses. You can make a day of it and grab some lunch and do some shopping at the nearby stores, and then head over to the festival in the evening!
Some favorite locally-owned restaurants and bars nearby include Nana's Kitchen, Sushi Cortaro, Spice Garden Indian Cuisine, Casa Marana Craft Beer and Wine Bar, and The Screamery Handcrafted Ice Cream (a favorite for after the fireworks).
