Fondo Ride for Veterans with Project Echelon
For the third year, Project Echelon Cycling is hosting a Gran Fondo Ride (a non-competitive ride of 50 or 37 miles) with Veterans and riders of all abilities. The ride is not a race or a competition; it is a group ride where participants will abide by all traffic laws and work together to ensure safe riding takes place and community is fostered. The ride will begin in Oro Valley and continue through Marana.
WHEN: Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. Packet pickup and Coffee Social 830AM-10AM. Ride begins at 10AM.
WHERE: Steam Pump Ranch in Oro Valley (10901 N. Oracle Road)
WHAT: Non-profit ride with North America's Top Professional Cycling Team Project Echelon
The Project Echelon Fondo route will feature stops at two prominent veteran memorials in Pima County, a point of pride and respect for the Towns of Oro Valley and Marana. Both routes, Medium and Long, will make dedicated stops at these memorial sites and will offer an opportunity to regroup, reflect, and refresh along the route.
