The ONLY food truck (or restaurant) bringing a taste of Guam to Southern Arizona! They serve up authentic Chamoru cuisine, which is primarily made up of barbecued chicken curries and stews, as well as marinated and smoked ribs, grilled shrimp, and more. Anthony Ooka II, the owner, hails from the US Territory of Guam, where he was originally a teacher, and then served in the military before moving to Tucson.
