Meep Meep: Tucson Roadrunners x Marana Night

The Tucson Roadrunners aren’t just about hockey—they're about giving back to the community. To show that commitment, they hosted Marana Community Night in honor of the town of Marana.

It was a night to remember as the Tucson Roadrunners hockey team featured the Town of Marana.

The special night highlighted the fastest-growing community in Southern Arizona, offering hockey fans a taste of what Marana has to offer.

The evening began with the Marana Town Manager, Terry Rozema, dropping the puck before the Roadrunners faced off against the Ontario Reign at Tucson Arena.

The Marana Police Department was there in support as Officer Alec Alvarez rang the 10th anniversary bell to kick things off in honor of the Roadrunners 10th year in Tucson, Arizona.

In addition to the Town Manager, several Marana Police Officers and attended to make connections with fans.

Discover Marana had a table set up with cowbells, stickers, flyers, and our Visitor Guide to help attendees explore all there is to offer in Marana!

Additionally, community partners like the Marana 2340, Marana Police Department, and CTI Trucking were there to engage with the community.

After an action-packed night, the Roadrunners lost 5-3 to the Reign!
