Check out the cycling path winding its way along the Santa Cruz River, a scenic desert waterway teeming with wildlife.

Three times a year, the Town hosts signature events that are sure to please all ages. Our Fourth of July Spectacular honors America’s birth with live music, games, and a fireworks show not to be forgotten. The fall Cotton Festival celebrates Marana’s agricultural past with educational activities, a rodeo, and live entertainment. In December, when winter visitors flock to the Southwest, Marana turns out for a Holiday Festival and Christmas Tree Lighting.
